Quackwork Studios (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle player information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have regarding your information.
We only collect the minimum amount of data required to operate the game and maintain account integrity. We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising.

We do not collect passwords. Authentication is handled securely by Supabase Auth.
We store gameplay-related data required for normal operation, including: Progress, Unlocks, Inventory, Stats, Match history, and any other in-game data required for functionality.
Automatically collected by our backend services: Basic server logs, Device/platform identifiers (e.g., Steam ID), and IP address for security and fraud prevention.
We do not collect: Real-world names, addresses, payment information, phone numbers, chat messages, or sensitive personal data.
Account creation, login, saving/loading progress, and managing achievements.
Preventing duplicate or fraudulent accounts and detecting suspicious activity to protect game integrity.
Maintaining security records and responding to lawful requests.
3.1 Gameplay Data: All gameplay data is permanently deleted when you delete your account.
3.2 Email Address & Player ID: We may retain your email and ID indefinitely while the game is active for security and fraud prevention. If you request full erasure, these can be deleted upon request.
If you use Steam, friends list features are handled entirely by Steam. We do not store or process your friends’ data; we only read the Steam API at runtime to display your friends in-game.
We use Supabase for secure data storage and authentication, which provides encrypted storage and industry-standard protection.
We use Supabase (Database/Auth), Brevo (Email Verification), and Steam (Login/Achievements). These services process data according to their own privacy policies.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data (“Right to be Forgotten”). To exercise these rights, contact: support@quackworkstudios.com. We will respond within 30 days.
When you delete your account, all gameplay data is permanently erased. Deletion is irreversible.
Our game is not intended for children under the age required by local laws to create online accounts.
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be notified via the game or website.
